Please remember that anti inflammatory drugs are not safe and some of them have serious side effects. Please don't massage the area as it will worsen the condition. You are probably suffering from a condition called Cervical spondylosis.

Next Steps

Take a tablet of Dolo 650 if the pain is bad. Contact a good physiotherapist and undergo 7 to 10 day's course of IFT and that will clear your pain
