Pain in neck shoulder chest
I suffer from left chest pain accompanied by back and arm pain neck pain from past few years. It is of various types. It's pin pain while sonetimes it is nerve pulling pain. Sonetimes it is heaviness and pushing feeling in middle of the chest. There is also pain below left breast bone. It is very irritating. Tests says everything is fine. doctor says this is muscular pain and epigastric pain. But why this pains travel in arm and neck. When i search on net it says heart issue i am scared. Advise
