There is nothing to worry, visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 10 days. the pain will reduce and with strengthening exercises, there wont be any discomfort later. Maintain proper posture to avoid pains in future.

Hello sir, use hot water fermentation for your strained neck muscles. Followed by neck isometric exercises, range of motion exercises to your neck till possible range. Exercise your hand if you feeling weak.

after pain subside start doing isometric to neck.while sleeping don't use such a big pillow use very mild pillow just to support ur cervical curvature .
