Pain in neck.
I m suffering from severe neck pain on left side since last 5 days. It's not bending properly on left side and its also seems that there is swelling on left side.

U have muscle spasm. At present take hot water pack n apply any pain relief gel. Ift is suggested. ( a physiotherapy modality) along with exs.U should visit a physiotherapist.

It is may be due to faulty sleeping posture.Few physio session of IFT and Ultrasound will help in reducing pain.

Don’t worry I guess it started when u got up from sleep , usually morning U can apply hot moist packs and it will resolve on its own Do a simple stretching and movement U should be fine within a week more
