Pain in Neck
Dear doctor, today I woke up in the morning and suddenly my lect side of neck is paining. When I turn my head to  left side it paining too much. I think some vein or in marathi (नस लागणे) is happened. Please give me suggestion what do I do? Thank you.

Might be because of improper posture while sleeping Take tab FLEXON MR ( once a day for three days ) And apply DFO gel 2-3 times a day Avoid poor posture while sitting / sleeping / while working on COMPUTER Add on a few movility drills for a beck once the pain reduces

U had this neck muscle sprain, due to faulty sleeping position in night or wrong neck position due to pillow. It has nothing to do with the vein, finger u r pointing out is just normal vein
