Yesterday after wake up in the morning suddenly my left neck and shoulder hurt like hell I couldn't move my head. extremely pain was there Then I went to the doctor and I took zerodol TH MAX and my pain reduce little bit now But when I lay down my neck and shoulder hurt And when I move my hand or neck I feel little pain in my neck Is this serious I am tensed
