Pain in neck below the jaw

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having pain in neck just below the jaw, when I touch the area the pain increases and tilting the neck also increases the pain. This is on the left side. The area of pain is very small. It may be a lymph issue but I don't seem to have any other infection that seems to be causing it.
