Pain in my stomach organs

I started to experience pain in my stomach organs like liver and hot urine with some pain in my bladder actually my situation in bathroom are extremely unsatisfied since three year but this pain in my stomach appear before three days it's also made it my body to start to have shaking abnormally with abnormal my left eyes shaking, to be clear to my situation I included my self in unprotected sex since three years since I discovered diarrhea has started but I didn't give it any action but with this new cases I started to anxiety and thinking about my bad situation, do you thinks this are the symptoms of HIV issue? cause I checked before tow days and I'm still waiting my results
