I am feeling pain in my right ear from last two days and some feeling of clot in down side at back of the ear. I took a painkiller "combiflame" yesterday in the morning and in the night time. It gave me the temporary relief from the pain. Today in the morning I was again suffering from the pain. Then I took one more tab combiflame. Please suggest.

Acute pain in the ear most commonly due to furuncle in the ear canal or acute otitis media.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
