Pain in lower Stomach: female- age 31
I am having pain in my lower abdomen. The pain happens only in morning around 4:00 : 5:00 AM and lasts for 3-4 hours then it disappears. The pain is such that I find it difficult to move on my bed also it is happening since last 4-5 days. I delivered(sigerian)twin babies 7 months back.I had no such issue during or after pregnancy . My gynaecologist advised for sonography but there were no findings. medicine cyclopam was prescribed for 3 days but no progress. Please advise
