Pain in leg muscles.
I feel a sever pain in my leg specially from knee to feet while seat in the ground or a surface area for a lon time (20 minutes or more). I can't stand or move at that time. After 1or 2 min I got heal and feel normal. Pain is feeling like some kind of internal trembling and I can't move even if a snake comes near me.

Hi ! first thing is that you are over weight as per your height. Second thing, this is typical symptoms of neurovascular claudication/compression while you are sitting crosslegged or squatting. This is nothing serious, just help with your body weight and start playing a game/activity for an hour in the evening. will help you loose weight and improve symptoms. no medications necessary. just avoid positions that give you symptoms.
