I am having the shoulder and neck pain on the left side since 2 days. I tried volini spray and hot pack but there was no effect

Could be disc bulge @ neck... Manual therapist can push the bulged disc,back to it's normal place. For more info. Visit naumika.com

Pain could either be due to problem in cervical spine or muscle catch. You can try icing as well. Start with isometric neck exercises, Google it.

U should start Physiotherapy for this pain n continue hot water Fomentation as usual. Avoid thick pillow.
