Pain in left leg
Pain in left leg, mostly happens at night. Starts from pelvic region and then moves to thighs till toes. Sometimes it is very high and unpredictable. Problem is there for last 3 months.

get massage done along with trigger point therapy by physio or ayurveda massage is also fine.  your pain will be relieved in 2-3 days.  learn exercises to do as recommended by physio and you can prevent future pain like these.

It's due to neuropathy, start with medications to support the nerves and to relieve pain and start physiotherapy asap for 2 weeks, then asap pain is reduced start with exercises to strengthen the spine and abdominal muscles
