I had a minor accident 2 days back, fell down from running scooty, small scratches and blood clots around left leg and pain is at back..sudden tingling pain when I sit roll over n my weight is 73kgs..what could be the cause?I'm using pain killers which are given by local doctor..he said there is no fracture..but getting relief only for 1 to 2 hours..
Will it recover by its own or any other treatment required?

Best treatment for injury is complete bed rest for 3 days
Most probably your ligament had a micro tear after your injury ( sprain) it takes time to heal
Avoid pain killer because you make the sprain more worse
because by moving your body after taking pain killer your ligament also moves at the same time this prevent healing
Take protein ( egg )instead for your body to support healing faster

It's a normal thing to get pain and inflammation after accident. As I can see it's been 2 days only. Take rest. Apply ice over the part. Don't massage. Take medicine as suggested by orthedic doctor.
However if inflammation is unbearable or pain is very intense please get an xray done.
