Pain in left forehead and neck

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Yesterday and today morning I woke up with excruciating pain on the left side of my face. The pain travelled from my neck to my ear, along my jaw line and up to my forehead. Only on the left side. And because of this pain I am feeling nauseous and pukey. I don't know what to do. The pain goes away after a few hours leaving me very light headed. I do have a mid cough and cold as well. Not sure of what to do about this and how to treat it.
