During cleaning of ear there is Noise in left ear, Sudden Pain. Ear drop is used still there is no improvement.

Dont clean the ear repeatedly as it causes trauma .take paracetamol 8hrly till pain subsides.u can take antihistaminic levocetrizine 10 mg once a day to keep ear dry.if still hurting, consult ent specialist.
