  4. Pain in joints. That has to be followed?

My mother is of age 42yrs. She has pain in knee and ankle joints for about a year.Recently the pain has increased.So we got some tests done. She has R.A factor negative and C.R.P factor positive in her results.what does it mean and what are the medications and diet that has to be followed?
