My husband is 34yr old and has pain in his heels after he wakes up from sleep or after he gets up from sitting position. Why is it so?plz guide

It could be because of Plantar fasciitis that is caused due to irritation and inflammation of thick band of tissue in the feet .As a pain physician I suggest to take steroid injection into the inflamed band for quick and long response.start doing some foot exercises .
