Hi.... These are all stress induced symptoms. Please consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions. These symptoms may get suppressed after a while but they'll keep coming back whenever you are exposed to life stressors, unless the root of it is identified and addressed.

Wellness Greetings to you It's quite common to get stressed but you know what makes a difference, is How long you are gonna stay there. Because ,we all know practically a stressful person wouldn't be able to either enjoy the life or have a stability and clarity to take wise decisions .So the challenge is analyse, 1.why are we getting inside that phase often . 2.Why are we not  trying enough to come out of it or stay away from it . 3. what makes us very comfortable to stay there I know it isn't comfortable but we always have a choice to come out . To have a indepth Analysis of your mindset,  take a pen and paper and see when it all started and what are the trigger points .This whole process could be done with ease,  if you could talk to a professional.
