Pain in hands shoulder and neck

I'm having pain in hands, shoulder and neck from last few days.My last report for vitamin d3 was done in January and it was 8.I took vitamin d3 60k weekly and shelcal 500 for 2 months.

Need more information. Are you vigorous mobile/ laptop user. The you are explaining it looks like you are having cervical spondylitis or cervical strain. You can take muscle relaxant along with pain killer. If you are having tingling sensation or numbness you can add neurotropic medications like methycobalamine otherwise not needed along with Physiotherapy.
