Without Proper history and photographs it's difficult to diagnose. You can take painkillers but they will give you temporary relief only Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day If their is swelling visible from outside your mouth then apply ice pack from outside mouth. X ray will be required for proper diagnosis. It's better to consult doctor through online or offline mode.

It is possibly pericoronitis but until I see photograph of the problematic area or you video consult online it's difficult to be sure. Until then you can start lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily and medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily. Apply hexigel over that area, keep it for 5-10 mins and then rinse. Do not swallow the ointment.

For medicine please consult online or visit dentist
