Pain in ears

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am 24. 2 months ago i got ear infection and tinnitus because of water. My ent doctor cleaned my ear and gave medicine. Its been one months after the treatment my ringing is reduced but its not gone. Now i feel like something small swollen pea like under my jaw on each side of the neck and sometimes my ear hurts i feel little bit pain for some time nothing else. Please answer my query i am really anxious cant sleep.
