Pain in Ear and Giddiness

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am experiencing pain in the right ear and Giddiness when exposed to AC/Cold air, I also have slight pain in the back of the neck since Monday, which increases when i try to read a book/look at mobile I had an ear infection couple of weeks back and was under medication. Now my ENT says there is no problem with the Ear. What should i do next?
