  4. Pain in ear & below the ear. I take now?

Pain in ear & below the ear
Last few days I have a constant pain in ear & below the ear & little bit in left side of head also.When I am in front of computer, mobile or tv pain increases little bit.From yesterday below portion of the ear is swallowed.So what treatment should I take now?
