  4. Pain in dorsal side of leg. This badly.

My mother have pain in back last 20 years and in leg last 2 years.some doctor's suggested spine surgery.after spine surgery ,there is no relief in pain .pain in leg is more than before operation....plzzz help me and suggest me what I do for my mother...she is suffering from this badly..
