Pain in breathing swelling in left arm

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I got swelling in my left elbow 2 weeks back. Lifting the arm is painful. Yesterday i felt pain in left side of chest while breathing and I also feel cold in the chest. It is painful in the center of the chest when I press it. What should I do?
