Pain in both ear

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have pain in both ear from last three months and buzzing in left ear and left ear pains more than right ear Doctor prescribed medicines but not cured Went to doctor multiple times. Doctor also said both ear are fine not any problem Ear pain starts whenever I listen high sound like Fan sound motor sound horn sound etc I work in call center but not going for job Because of ear pain I am at home because of ear pain Can someone help me to know why not cured yet What can be reason

You will have to get your ears checked if there is any pathology in the outer ear. Then you will have to get an audiogram and tympanometry test done at an audiology centre to rule out other pathologies.
