  4. Pain in both Ankle and Heals. Doctor.

Pain in both Ankle and Heals
Pain in Ankle/Heal, specially when I get up in the morning. Sometimes feel the pain in Calf also. When I twist both by feet, the noise is coming as if something is broken. It is happening since last 6 months, I wasn't in India before so could not consult the doctor.
