It is quite common to suffer from aches and pains all over the body after covid. Take balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Take paracetamol if pain is dispturbing.

I would advise only wait , but the pain is severe only paracetamol can be taken, it will make it bearable and u should be fine in 15 days time
