Pain in big toe when walking
I have the normal hard skin on the ball of the outside of my big toe but with a difference it has a cone shaped piece of had skin which appears clear in colour in the middle if I shave of the hard skin it eases the pain but just recently I've noticed two more of these cones one on each hand 1 on my left fore finger and 1 on my right palm
