Pain in back (side of ACL operated leg)
I have attached the images for problem i had previously before having in i 1 side of back. Also i am not able to sit for more 5 min. Slight pain onserved if sitting in 1 position. You are requested to suggest is there any major problem is there.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Your proper Rehab was done after surgery ? You need Physiotherapy treatment to mange it , one to one exercise session with physio  will only help you .

Your problem seems to be there due to an improper firing of the muscles around the knee. Consult a physiotherapist for proper assessment and corrective exercises.
