daily early morning exercises will remove all pains slowly.
you need to be cautious with every movement, as if you got jerk the oain will be more severe.

It is common post covid pains as the body becomes weak.
Hi,
Bodyache, fatigue, and weakness are common symptoms of Covid. Moreover, even after your test result is negative and you no longer have Covid, symptoms still persists for few days/ weeks. Due to lost taste, you tend to eat less and constant medicines for several days of treatment tend to make you weak. Hence, I would advice you to concentrate on your diet (including fruits), drink plenty of water (lack of water causes leg ache). Protein diet and vitamin C would recover you soon. Hot water bath should help to reduce shoulder and back pain. Do not exercise.
I suspect that your body pain is more systemic rather than any local issue.
Do a general stretch routine as suggested by other physio. Time would help as the body recovers from the systemic covid reaction
