I have very regular pain specially in the morning, on the back of foot heel (not below the foot). It is so severe sometime that walking is difficult. Plz suggest why it happening and how to cure this.
I wear different kind of shooes on regular basis but I mainly wear official leather shoes (with a regular heel) and that's when I find it more difficult.
Please help.
