Pain Due to fall on knees
I had a fall on 29 sept. I fell down on my knees- both bent more than 90deg. Right from my knee till shin bone its all black and blue and pain and stiffness. Some black patches soft tissue has become normal but pain persists. My calf region is still blackish. Shin bone has red patches. Ice fomentation x 2 times gives temp relief. No fracture x ray is done. What can help me to start walking normally?

Post-fall pain and discoloration indicate deep tissue injury and inflammation. Since there’s no fracture, Ayurveda can help speed up healing with external oil application, mild massage, and internal anti-inflammatory herbs. Avoid exertion till pain subsides. I suggest you consult me for a personalized recovery plan.
