You can try any over the counter painkillers like Combiflam though Pain due to cavity usually does not respond to painkillers very well since pain relief will be only after pressure release from the pulp cavity. I would advise to immediately get the first sitting done and alleviate your symptoms. You can attend further sittings as and when you get time.
