SDF application can help if the carious lesions are not upto pulpal region followed by restorations. But before that try weaning the night feeds/bottle feed/sleeping without brushing. In case of molars Pit and fissure sealants can help and if front teeth are in poor condition tgen crown/caps are suggested.
Next Steps
Shift the timing of milk intake slowly and gradually weaning off night feeds. Followed by proper brushing with toothpaste having fluoride level of minimum 500 ppm in rice grain amount. Make sure the child does not ingest it.

Cavited tooth not cleaned by brushing.you should visit dental clinic especially pedodontist and restore the tooth with restorative material. if there is prolonged bottle feeding during baby is sleeping should be avoided. Dont give snacks between meal times( better to give snacks immediate after food taken). After taken food ,child should do mouth rinse with water to prevent accumulation of food in teeth.
