I am a regular walker / jogger since many years. My weight has been constant at 80 kg since a long time now.
Lately, after jogging for 20-30 mins I start experiencing pain in my knee joints. I use a flexible pair of running shoes with thin cushions.
Pls suggest remedial measures or precautions that I should be taking to avoid this discomfort and continue with my jogging
Regards,
Stephen.

You could be having some degenerative changes in the knee due to wear and tear,It would be nice if you can get a xray done of your knee joint to rule out arthritis,Also don't run on an inclined belt on treadmill, also reduced the speed and time you run, engage in other form of cardio also like recumbent bike but not for too long.,do some strength training exercises for the knee joint. And lastly weight loss will happen only if you follow a balanced diet with exercise.
