Since last year I m suffering frm bilateral pain in knees , more in left knee while walking or doing any physical activity. I hav done rh factr.xray both knees. Thy r norml. I also feel pain in the heels of feet while walking. Dx plx. Hav been to many docs .thy say everything is nrml.
