Pain at upper right side of the stomach

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Everyday morning I getting pain at right side of the stomach I thought that was a gas pain I used to gastric tablet like omezo or raboparzole after that also i'm not feel well and since 4 days onwards my stood was white in colour. I feel bad to that and i'm scared. Need any suggestions and diagnostic
