Hi. Some pain in lower abdomen or back is normal in pregnancy due to the growing uterus & the ligaments supporting uterus getting stretched. But if the pain is severe, you can visit a nearby good physiotherapist. Since the cesarean was done 5 years back, it is highly unlikely that the pain is due to the previous cesarean. All the best!
