Lower abdomen pain
I feel pain in my lower abdomen area when i talk to my boyfriend at night, this is happening since a week and also i missed my periods this month(never before), should i talk to him or he is unhealthy for me?? also why am i feeling pain, is it coz my body is asking for physical touch? ( ive never came in any physical relationship )
Please answer : should i quit talking to him and focus ony health, will it be better?

Talking to some person on phone will not lead to pain in lower abdomen!!!
I believe you are dwelling in guilt
You need to evaluate the reason for the pain
Make sure there is no constipation or urine infection
Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
