I have pain at my shoulder back side of neck, sometimes its gets difficult to sleep,sometimes the pain is very sever and back side of shoulders gets swelling

Since how longvare u having these problem. What wrk u do.  Is the pain going down in both ur hands. Do u have tingling numbness.... do u have any difficulty in walking

do an xray cervical spine AP  and lateral view. let me knw aftr c ur xary is done
