Pain and breathlessness

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I have pain in upper chest and under left shoulder blade and under my left arm. Shoulder blade side pain only very uncomfortable and breathlessness also most of the time. I have done echo ecg even did CT for cervical spondylitis but tests were normal consulted neurologist he examined and tell me it might be fibromyalgia and prescribed some Medicines but tablets gives me sleep So I stopped taking pls suggest what to do ?

Check your postures. Probably, you might be slouching on the couch. Maintain erect posture while sitting and always have a back support. Also do regular physical activities. Can take T. Proxym 300 for few days till the pain becomes better. For diagnosing fibromyalgia, you should be having atleast 11 trigger points.
