Pain and bleeding from piles
Sir I got checked by you on 27/10 for my fistula and fixed a date for kshar sutra surgery on 3/11/2017. But from next day I am feeling pain and bleeding , itching during motions Pls suggest some medicine, although I am taking all medicine given by you. Also suggest that in this situation, should I go for kshar sutra on 3 Nov or wait till becomes normal Because I have this piles and fisser issue.

You can take sitz bath . With isubgol husq with warm water .if problem persist .come to clinic for further management.
