Both Laser Surgery and Kshar Sutra are effective for piles and fissure, but they have different advantages: Laser Surgery ✔️ Minimally invasive – Less bleeding, faster healing. ✔️ Less post-op care – Shorter recovery time (7-10 days). ❌ Expensive – Costs more than Kshar Sutra. ❌ Risk of recurrence – Especially in severe cases. Kshar Sutra (Ayurvedic Method) ✔️ Best for fistula & chronic piles – Reduces recurrence. ✔️ Natural & effective – Gradual healing with herbal thread. ❌ Longer healing (3-6 weeks) – Requires dressing changes. ❌ Mild pain/discomfort – Can last a few days. Which is Better? For mild-moderate piles/fissure → Laser is better (quick recovery). For recurrent or complex cases (fistula) → Kshar Sutra is better (low recurrence). Pain Management: Both have some post-op pain, but it subsides in 7-10 days with proper care. Ayurvedic remedies like Triphala, Jatyadi oil, and Sitz baths help in faster healing. Consult a specialist based on your condition.

You may need only internal Ayurveda medicine and procedures like anal infiltration if it's mild degree of problem. Kshara sutra is required only in selected conditions

Hello, Unless it is severe or in 4th degree piles no need of surgery, u can cure it by taking medications and diet. Kshara sutra and laser treatments have its own pros and cons. But Kshara karma has no major side effects as it's a very minimally invasive procedure and has very minimal handling of tissues Laser treatment is costly, reoccurrence of disease is more as compared to ksharasutra.

What is the diagnosis? Is it piles or fissure or both ? If it is of recent origin no need to go for laser or kshara sutra. It can be treated by oral medication as well as with proper diet.
