Pain & Redness on Genital
Hello Doctor, I am having pain and redness under the Penis shaft almost on the mid length after having sex, it continues for about 4-5 days and then subsides. This gets repeated every time I have sex. I do experience moderate discomfort even while having a normal erection but without any redness. Is this any infection or an injury? I have a very curved penis which is about 40deg from normal level. Do I need to undergo any tests or scan to diagnos any issues there? Kindly help. Attaching picture. Thanks

Pain and redness after sexual activity, particularly in combination with a penile curvature, could be due to trauma, Peyronie's disease, or an underlying inflammatory condition. The recurring nature suggests a possible issue that needs to be evaluated in detail.
Next Steps
I recommend consulting a specialist for a thorough examination. Diagnostic tests like an ultrasound or doppler imaging can help determine if there’s fibrosis, vascular issues, or other underlying causes. You can consult me online for guidance on the next steps and management.
Health Tips
Avoid vigorous sexual activity until the issue is evaluated. Do not self-medicate, as improper treatment might worsen the condition. Early medical attention can help address the problem effectively.
