Ovral l and spotting

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have issue of irregular periods and trying to conceive since 6-7 months , i visited the gynac and suggested for follicular monitoring from next month and for this month my gynac has given me ovral l to get my periods but i am spotting regularly which is unusual for me and have slight pain in both breasts. Is it normal?
