Brown spotting after periods. My gynaec.

I had miscarriage ..did MTP on 3rd September..then bleeding not stopping..continued for 2 months..on and off.. got infection ..so doctor did D N C on 5th November..then my gynaec prescribed deviry 10 for periods..then periods came on 3rd December for 5 days gradually decreased then very littlr brown spotting..then yellowish then stopped on 9th December..then from 4th day of period doctor prescribed me to take ovral L for hormonal balance..then I got anxiety and panic attack on 20th day of dose..told my gynaec..she stopped my pills..so I took ovral L for 20 days..left 21st day dose..then..got my periods on 30th Dei cember..periods continued for 3 days gradually decreasing ..then nonepirods on 4th day..then on 5th day brown spotting occured which is decreasing but again when i swab cotton inside my vagina ..noticed brown spotting mucusand sometimes little yellowish mucus ..
