Hi Thanks for your query. I advice u to go for low calorie foods. Like whole grains brown breads, brown rice, legumes pulses, less plain rice & refined flour.take oat,Dalia,porridge. Animal protein like D.T milk,egg white, fish ,chicken 50gm p.C strew or no rich curry. Plant protien like plain cheese, paneer,yogurts, curd,low
sugar sugar etc. No Fast,junk,oily,street, chips,BIRIYANI types no foods.Dont take cream,soft drink S,pizza burgers etc. Oil only mastrd ,safola, sunflower. More & more exercises, less sleep average 7 hrs.no stress & low calorie foods intake & health y lifestyles.
