Overweight
I am 32 (m), 5'11" and 110 kgs. I work from home. I have been over weight for past 2-3 years and my weight has stayed same (110 kgs) for past year. I don't exercise much. I was fit and healthy when I was in college as I was playing sports. I am concerned about any damages that my body is at risk due to my condition. I also have mild hypertension (140/95) for 2 years now but I take ayurvedic medicines for it and it is under (130/90). I am planning to exercise a lot and get back healthy but right now how should I evaluate my health? I want to take up some medical examinations to check whether I am OK. How should I proceed?

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds. Walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss. Stay consistent & patient in order to achieve your weight loss goals. Kindly contact us to get customized diet & workout plan.
