I am 32 (m), 5'11" and 110 kgs. I work from home. I have been over weight for past 2-3 years and my weight has stayed same (110 kgs) for past year. I don't exercise much. I was fit and healthy when I was in college as I was playing sports. I am concerned about any damages that my body is at risk due to my condition. I also have mild hypertension (140/95) for 2 years now but I take ayurvedic medicines for it and it is under (130/90).
I am planning to exercise a lot and get back healthy but right now how should I evaluate my health? I want to take up some medical examinations to check whether I am OK. How should I proceed?

1. As you are on antiypertension drug you should limit you salt intake. Should try to avoid packaged foods, papad , pickles .
2. Go for test like CBC, fasting and post prandial blood sugar right now.
